Gareon Conley

At 24 years old, Gareon Conley may have been the brightest spot for the Raiders last season. Like Joseph, Conley started off his career slow and with injuries. He even was pulled from the starting lineup early in the season.

Once Conley got back in the lineup midway through the season, he never looked back. Conley proved how good he can be late in the season, when he held Tyreek Hill and Antonio Brown to a combined six catches for 48 yards.

Conley is arguably the best player on the Raiders defense, and is showing improvement every time he steps on the field. It is not crazy to think that he could be a Pro Bowl corner next season.
