Derek Carr (2014-Present)

In the 2014 NFL Draft, the Oakland Raiders brought in some incredibly talented players, including a generational talent in Khalil Mack in the first round. In the second round, they went out and selected a quarterback from Fresno State, who was originally expected to sit behind Matt Schaub, but Derek Carr would end up winning the job that summer.

Since then, Carr has become a record-breaking quarterback for the Raiders, putting together some of the better numbers of any quarterback in team history. A three-time Pro Bowl player, Carr should end up re-writing the Raiders record book by the time he is done, as he has already crept up the Raiders all-time leaderboard in a bunch of categories.

In 2016, Carr had his best season as a pro, playing at an MVP level, and leading the Raiders to one of the best records in all of football. This season, Carr has some of the better weapons he has ever had at the skill positions, and after an offseason with so many rumors surrounding him, it is apparent he could be in for his best season as a member of the Silver and Black.
