Jerry Rice (2001-2004)

A Bay Area legend, Jerry Rice became one of the better players in NFL history during his time with the San Francisco 49ers, who he helped to four Super Bowl titles. However, he ended up playing for the Oakland Raiders for four seasons in the 21st century, and certainly was still one of the more productive wideouts in the game.

During his time in the Silver and Black, Rice would team with fellow veteran Tim Brown to give the Raiders one of the better 1-2 wide receiver tandems in all of football. Helping the Raiders become one of the better teams in the NFL, Rice was a Pro Bowler in 2002, and had two straight 1,000-yard seasons.

Rice and Brown were key to Rich Gannon becoming an elite quarterback in the league, and their dominance on the outside led the Raiders to the Super Bowl in 2002. A Pro Football Hall of Famer, Rice is widely regarded as the best player in NFL history, and for the Raiders, he was certainly a key cog in an explosive offense in the early 2000s.
