The Oakland Raiders will kick off their preseason slate tonight at home, and here are three things to keep an eye on against the Los Angeles Rams.

When it comes to the Oakland Raiders franchise, there is seriously never a dull moment. After watching starting right guard Gabe Jackson hurt his knee on Thursday, an injury that will force him to miss eight games, word came down that prized offseason acquisition Antonio Brown could retire.

Yes, you heard that right, the man that the Raiders signed for a three-year/$51 million deal this offseason apparently will not play unless he can wear an unauthorized helmet. All the talk surrounding his feet has been drowned out by this latest revelation, as for the second preseason in a row, Raider Nation will have to hold their breath while one of their best players stays away from the team.

Turning to the actual action on the field, the Raiders will open up their preseason slate against the Los Angeles Rams tonight, as they take on the NFC champs for the second preseason in a row. There are plenty of storylines heading into Game No. 1, but here are three specific  things that fans of the Raiders should keep an eye on tonight.
