Quarterback (2): Derek Carr, Nathan Peterman

The Raiders have their starting quarterback position locked, as Derek Carr comes in for his sixth season as the Raiders starting QB. Many believe this season is do or die for Carr, and with the most talent he has ever been surrounded with, he could be set for a career high year in all categories.

The battle of the backups is still ongoing between Mike Glennon and Nathan Peterman. Earlier in the off season, many believed that Mike Glennon would win the position, but after the first pre season game, and some praise from Jon Gruden, Peterman appears to be closing in on the job.

This battle will come down to the remaining pre season games, and if the last game was any indication of what is to come, Peterman could very well be walking away with the backup QB job, and a roster spot.
