Incognito a voice of reason?

During the last episode of HBO Hard Knocks, the Raiders welcomed in the Los Angeles Rams for a two-day practice session before playing them in their preseason opener. Of course, when you get two NFL football teams together, there are going to be some issues, and temperatures flared up during Day 2 of the practices.

The funniest part of the fighting was that one guy who you figured would be in the middle of everything, was not, as Richie Incognito proved that he has become a different person. While the two teams began shoving each other, it was Incognito who tried to be the voice of reason, something that would have never happened five years ago.

Staying with the guards, starting right guard Gabe Jackson was injured during the two-day practice session, but there was no mention of it in the episode. That came across as strange to me, considering how important he is to this team, and how much he will be missed over the next eight or so weeks.
