Prediction

This is a game that is going to have it’s dull moments for the fans, but for the coaching staff, these are the kind of games where players really begin to make the team. Last week, we got to see guys like Keelan Doss really step up, and tonight, we will look for more from other guys on the fringe of making this roster as we inch closer to the first cuts.

For the Raiders, they have some depth on this roster for the first time in a long time, and they should be able to outplay the Cardinals for the full four quarters. While wins in the preseason do not mean much, you can expect Gruden and his coaching staff to be coaching this team up all game long, and I believe they will win this one on the road.

I think the Rams had better talent behind their No. 1s, so the Raiders should be able to take care of the Cardinals on Thursday night in a battle of guys trying to make the team. We will see both starting quarterbacks in Kyler Murray and Derek Carr, but only for a short time, so expect another Mike Glennon and Nathan Peterman show tonight.
