Oakland Raiders: 3 position groups with the most depth in 2019

Cornerbacks
Just like the defensive line, the Raiders corner spots are really deep. Oakland has players that will be in the NFL but might not be able to make our roster because we might not have room for them, which is a problem this franchise has not had in a long time.
The first thing you probably noticed is Lamarcus Joyner is not included in this list, but that is for good reason. Although he will be Oakland’s starting slot corner, he was listed as a safety on the Raiders official depth chart, therefore, we kept him off this list.
The safe list has five players, including Isaiah Johnson, who could end up on the practice squad after Nevin Lawson, who is currently suspended for four games, comes back to the team. Lawson has been really impressive in camp:
Also, during the Raiders preseason game against the Los Angeles Rams, D.J. Killings was hurt and is now out for the season, as Oakland has listed him on the IR. Due to the injuries to Killings and fourth round pick Johnson, Oakland went out and signed the following two free agents: Makinton Dorleant and Joshua Holsey.
Keeping in mind that the Raiders kept only six corners on the roster last season, I can see Jon Gruden and staff keeping the same amount this year. That means some of these impressive corners will have to be cut.
