The Oakland Raiders traveled to Canada to take on the Green Bay Packers on Thursday night, and came away with close 22-21 victory. Backup quarterback Nathan Peterman sparked the Raiders to a stunning second-half comeback, and Daniel Carlson finished off the game with a game-winning field goal.
The Raiders had a ton of players show out in their efforts to make the 53-man roster entering Week 1, but some players hurt their chances a significant amount. The Raiders started the game slow on both sides of the ball, but figured it out in the second half.
There is only one preseason game remaining, as the Raiders will go on the road to take on the Seattle Seahawks this Thursday. This has been a successful preseason for the Silver and Black so far, and when all is said and done, there is going to be some surprising cuts next Saturday.
