Oakland Raiders Stock Report: 3 up, 3 down from preseason game No. 3
By Nick Ellis
Stock Down: Mike Glennon
Mike Glennon only got one quarter of play before Gruden had seen enough, but the performance that Peterman put on may have hurt Glennon more than his poor play did.
Glennon had a solid game against the Cardinals last week, but he struggled against the Packers, throwing four completions on nine attempts, with a few balls that could have been intercepted.
Before the preseason, Glennon was the clear favorite for the backup QB job, but his stock has fallen as Peterman’s has gone up, and you can guarantee both players will get a lot of playing time in the final preseason game.
Glennon is going to have to cut down on the wild throws if he wants a shot at the roster, something he was not able to do against the Packers.
