Stock Down: Marcell Ateman

Marcell Ateman was a fan favorite among many heading into this season, with a lot of people expecting him to make the Raiders roster heading into week 1.

Unfortunately for Ateman, the Raiders have had plenty of young receivers step up and perform while Ateman has done little to lead the team to wins.

Ateman recorded just one catch for 19 yards against the Packers, while four other receivers recorded both more catches and yards than Ateman, along with making big plays when needed.

Ateman needed to have a big game against the Packers to have any shot of making the roster, and he wasn’t able to do that. His stock has fallen a large margin since the start of the preseason, with some fans even calling for him to be moved to tight end.
