Quarterback (3): Derek Carr, Nathan Peterman, Mike Glennon

There have been thoughts that the Raiders would carry three quarterbacks, but most believe that Nathan Peterman will be the backup behind Derek Carr. Peterman performed very well this preseason, while Mike Glennon had some moments, but struggled more than Peterman did.

Luckily for Glennon, there is a real possibility that the Raiders keep three quarterbacks on their roster to start the 2019 regular season. Jon Gruden loves quarterbacks, and moving Doug Martin off of the roster clears up a spot somewhere, so why not at Gruden’s favorite position?

Gruden has stated that the team could keep three quarterbacks on the roster in the past, and considering that Glennon really did not get a chance to play in the last two games, it makes it seem like they could be holding on to all three of these men.
