Overall Team Grade: B+

The Raiders showed incredible depth and young talent in this preseason, which is exactly what you ask of your team in the preseason. Last season, the Raiders struggled everywhere, but mostly at receiver, offensive line depth, and pass rush.

The team clearly addressed these issues this off season, and the Raiders organization should have a lot of faith in Mike Mayock after this. The Raiders will have multiple undrafted free agents make this team, and many players that will barely miss it will be picked up by other teams.

From the backup quarterbacks to the rookie corners, the Raiders looked great from top to bottom. If the Raiders would have went 4-0, they may have earned an A, but some holes were exploited in the last game that bumps them down just a bit.
