Ethan Westbrooks

Ethan Westbrooks was brought in later in the off season and made a name for himself right away. Most believed that either Westbrooks or Rush would make the team, but the Raiders decided to part ways with both, leaving the fan base in a state of confusion.

Westbrooks played well in the preseason and we only heard good things about him out of training camp, so the reasons for the Raiders regretting this decision are similar to those of the Anthony Rush decision.

The Raiders already have a weak defensive line, so it would have made sense for the team to keep a player who has been proving himself. With the team placing Jelly on IR, and releasing Anthony Rush, the depth at this position is in serious question.
