Undrafted rookies
Another huge storyline this whole summer has been the undrafted rookie free agents, who have come in and performed to the best of their ability. In some cases, these guys actually pushed for a roster spot, with a handful hanging on after the roster was cut down to 53 players.
The biggest name from the summer was Keelan Doss, a good-looking wide receiver from UC Davis. While many expected him to be a lock to make the roster, especially after Marcell Ateman was cut, Doss also found himself on the chopping block, but has since signed on with the Jacksonville Jaguars practice squad.
Those UDFAs that made the roster are Alec Ingold, Keisean Nixon, A.J. Cole, and Andre James. Ingold is expected to start at fullback, and Cole is the only punter on the roster. James and Nixon will provide depth at their respective positions. Finally, Lester Cotton Sr. and Anthony Rush have both signed on to the practice squad for the Raiders.
Next. 5 players the Oakland Raiders will regret cutting. dark
