Oakland Raiders 2019 team award predictions and analysis
By Daniel Davis
The Oakland Raiders are planning to move on without Antonio Brown this weekend which opens up opportunities for other players on the team, mainly the offensive skill positions.
The Oakland Raiders have taken note of their weaknesses and added weapons to help with those. They traded for Antonio Brown, even though he’s no longer with the team, drafted Josh Jacobs, and signed Trent Brown in free agency bolstering an already above-average offensive line.
The Raiders have arguably the most improved roster this year with a balanced offense and defense roster.
They also went out and signed Tyrell Williams, an a solid wideout from rival the Los Angeles Chargers, then drafted Hunter Renfrow and bolstered the group with former Indianapolis Colt, Ryan Grant and former Cardinal J.J. Nelson.
In the draft, they focused on taking the best player available at the time. They got a steal with Johnathon Abram near the end of the first round, got the best running back in the draft with Josh Jacobs, and added pass-rushing talent with Clelin Ferrell to the mix.
With all this talent on the team who is going to stand out this year?
