Henry Ruggs III – Alabama

There is a reason Alabama has moved from a constant ground and pound team to an aerial assault. A talented quarterback like Tua Tagovailoa combined with receivers like Jerry Jeudy and Henry Ruggs III will change even Nick Saban’s mindset towards offense.

If the Raiders coming into the 2020 draft are looking for speed at receiver, Ruggs III is as good as it gets having clocked in a 4.25 earlier this year. That speed makes him a total nightmare in the open field as he can score any time he is given the ball.

He is not the most polished route runner, but he has strong hands and does a great job catching in traffic. Ruggs III needs to continue improving his nuance as a route runner and gain a bit more strength, but his physical tools are elite.

Ruggs III has been mentioned in the first round, so well see how far his stock rises or falls throughout the season. The Raiders do have two first-round picks at the moment so they could be in a position to take Ruggs III early or late.
