Home Field Advantage

The Oakland Coliseum was rocking Monday night in Week 1, and with the Raiders getting some hype behind them after a win, it may be even crazier in there this week.

The Raiders have a ton of first time Raiders on the team, and it was clear that they were impressed with the Raider fan base. Raider Nation hates the Chiefs more than any other team in the league, so Patrick Mahomes is going to have a hard to communicating with his team, while Derek Carr will have complete silence.

The excitement the Raiders fans bring to the game gives the team an extra boost of energy, and even if we don’t hear explicit chants like last week, there will still be an energy in the stadium that will benefit the team to a great degree.

This is more than likely the last time the Raiders will play the Chiefs in Oakland, and Raiders fans know that. This stadium is going to be a place that no opponent wants to play in this season, especially divisional rivals.
