Darren Waller

Darren Waller played some of the best football in his career Monday Night. Not only did he catch all but one pass thrown at him, but he was superb in the running game blocking and opening holes for Josh Jacobs.

The whole offense played well and got the win and I think Waller can be a key to winning again. The tightened is historically useful in the west coast offense and is crucial in play-action scenarios. Waller being 260 pounds and 6’3″ can be a big weapon for the team.

His 70 yards on 7 catches with a 25-yard touchdown helped the team win. His training camp was incredible and he was expected to be the starter with Jared Cook out of the picture.

Waller can also pass and rub-block if needed to provide a chip block on pass rushers and go up against linebackers during a run. Waller is a key piece to a victory and starting the season 2-0, both against division rivals.
