3 Up

Darren Waller

Another week, another strong outing from Darren Waller, who finished the game with six receptions on seven targets for 63 yards receiving. When Derek Carr did go the Waller he generally found success, including on his longest catch and run of sixteen yards. Waller will slowly but surely work his way as the Raiders’ number one receiving option, and he’ll be needed for another strong game next week against a tough Vikings defense.

Tyrell Williams

Tyrell Williams might not be the quickest or strongest receiver, but he’s proving to be a reliable WR1 for Derek Carr. Again, the two connected on a touchdown pass, sole touchdown of the day for Oakland. Williams finished with five catches for 46 yards alongside his touchdown reception. Next Sunday, he’s going to be leaned on more in order to come away with the second victory on the season.

Benson Mayowa

Who would’ve assumed that one of the consistent pass rushers for the Raiders to start the season would be Benson Mayowa, the seven-year veteran brought to the Raiders from the Arizona Cardinals? Mayowa notched three tackles (one solo) as well as a sack and a forced fumble against the Chiefs. That gives him two sacks on the season, being the leader in the category for Oakland so far.
