The Kansas City Chiefs shocked the Oakland Raiders by dominating the second quarter and eventually winning the game Sunday afternoon in Oakland, California.

The Oakland Raiders division rival took control of the second quarter and never looked. What’s interesting is all the points Kansas City scored were in the second quarter, as both teams were held to zero points in the second half.

Derek Carr threw a couple of key interceptions, one in the red zone to Tyrell Williams on a fade route where the corner just outplayed Williams for the ball, taking six points off the board. Josh Jacobs was also mysteriously given less of a workload with 12 carries, but looked great at time he was in.

Trent Brown also left the game late and that’s when the game started to get out of hand. The Chiefs pass-rush came on and the Raiders didn’t have a chance after that. Overall, it was a very disappointing Sunday, as the Raiders fell to 1-1 with the 28-10 loss.
