Adam Thielen vs. Gareon Conley

Gareon Conley got burnt really bad last week with three touchdowns caught on him and one was just plain blown coverage for the Raiders. Adam Thielen is a possession receiver with the ability to run fast and hard.

He knows how to get in the zone holes and knows where the first-down marker is. Thielen won’t beat you with his speed, but rather with his hands. He runs routes better than nearly every other receiver in the game and he’s had over 100 catches the last two years.

His value doesn’t come with long passes, but rather with short five-yard catches in the dink and dunk game. He’s excellent on third down, making him a perfect target for Kirk Cousins in short-yardage situations.
