Bleacher Report, Ryan Tansey

Pick No. 10: Oregon QB Justin Herbert

Pick No. 19 (From Chicago Bears): Alabama CB Trevon Diggs

In his latest 2020 NFL mock draft for Bleacher Report, Ryan Tansey has the Raiders replacing Derek Carr as they make their move to Las Vegas. While this was a popular narrative this past offseason as well, a down year for Carr and the Raiders will have fans buzzing for a new quarterback again next April.

Herbert is a fantastic talent, and likely would have been a first round pick in 2019, had he not decided to go back to Oregon to play with his brother this Fall. He is going to be a high draft pick in 2020, and if the Raiders do decide to move on from Carr, Herbert should be in play for them in the  top-10.

Later on in round one, Tansey has the Silver and Black bringing in a cornerback, this time it is Trevon Diggs from Alabama. Diggs is the brother of Minnesota Vikings star wide receiver Stefon Diggs, and many feel he is the most complete cornerback this draft class has to offer.
