These Oakland Raiders X-Factors need to perform well in Week 4 if the team is going to get back on track against the Indianapolis Colts.

We are about to wrap up the first quarter of the season, and so far the Oakland Raiders have put together an impressive performance and two disappointing ones. The difference between starting off 1-3 versus 2-2, is the latter keeps the team in the playoff mix and the former inserts them team into the conversation for the first overall pick in the draft. Obviously, Sunday’s matchup against Indianapolis is a very important one for Oakland.

The Colts are coming off back-to-back victories over the Titans and Falcons, while the Raiders have dropped their last two matchups against the Chiefs and Vikings. After Andrew Luck surprisingly retired, many penciled in this game as a win for the Silver and Black, however, Indianapolis has been better than expected.

Especially with so many players banged up, Oakland will need more production than normal from its role players. These x-factors could be the difference between winning and losing in week four.
