The Oakland Raiders bounced back with a vital win on the road over the Indianapolis Colts. Here are three players whose stock rose and three players who struggled on Sunday.

The difference between being 2-2 and 1-3 on the season was huge for the Oakland Raiders on Sunday, as they continued their extensive road trip into Indianapolis against the Colts. With their annual trip to London on the horizon, a win against a shorthanded Colts team could give them a much-needed boost to steer the season in the right direction.

The Raiders clearly took that message to heart, as they jumped out to an early 14-0 lead against the Colts. Better yet, it was the defense who had the overall standout performance of the day, capitalizing on the absence of T.Y. Hilton in the passing game. For the majority of the game Jacoby Brissett and the Colts’ offense were held to just 10 points (possibly less were it not for a Josh Jacobs‘ fumble).

The defense created pressure and consistently stifled the Colts, and the Raiders offense got out to an early lead to help keep Indianapolis at bay. Oakland owes its second victory to these three standout players on Sunday.
