Los Angeles Chargers

For a team like the Miami Dolphins who have made it no secret that they are already looking ahead to the 2020 NFL Draft, you would expect the Los Angeles Chargers to pile on the points. Los Angeles still came away victorious, but for a moment the Dolphins actually held a lead (albeit just by a field goal).

The Chargers, having welcomed Melvin Gordon back into the fold (though not getting any carries on Sunday) handled the Dolphins to the tune of 30-10. The win at Hard Rock Stadium interestingly enough carried a little more significance.

It was Phillip Rivers’ 120th regular-season victory, and his first in Miami. Rivers wasn’t even born the last time the Chargers registered a win on the road against the Dolphins.
