A lot to prove against Khalil Mack

Obviously playing against Khalil Mack is no reason a team will win, but expect the Raiders offense, especially Trent Brown and Kolton Miller, to come out with something to prove against Khalil Mack.

The last time the team played fired up because of a player was Week 1 with the Antonio Brown drama, and you could see a real difference in Derek Carr and the passing game. Hopefully, Carr and the offensive line have that same intensity going up against the former Raider.

Another part to this is that Jon Gruden is going to gameplan harder against Mack than any other coach ever has. Clearly other coaches gameplan against Mack, but Gruden knows how much everyone talked about him, so if there is a way to keep Mack away from Derek Carr, Gruden has probably found it months ago while watching Mack’s film.
