Prediction

This game is a nightmare matchup for the Raiders, as the offense has struggled against teams with a good pass rush, and there is nobody that does it better than Chicago. Khalil Mack is going to be out for blood against his former team, and even if he is not the one recording all of the sacks, expect the Bears to get to Derek Carr all game.

The Raiders should try to rely on Josh Jacobs, but even he may not be the answer to the Bears defense. The most points any team has scored against the Bears this season is 15, and the Raiders have not shown to have a consistent offense.

The Bears offense won’t have a big game by any means against the Raiders defense, but they may only have to score around 17 points to win the game. Without Burfict on the field, the Raiders may have a lot of miscommunications throughout the game.

The Raiders looked incredible last week, but it is too early to get on the hype train. The team still has a lot of work to do, and unless the offense has the best game plan in the world, I do not see any way they score more than 17 points against this Bears defense.

The game will be low scoring, and both defenses will play well, but if I had to pick between which defense could win the game between the Raiders and the Bears, I am going with the Bears. Oakland’s defense will have to not only prevent the Bears from scoring this game, but will have to force turnovers every chance they get, something they have not done often this game.

The Raiders defense will make a few key mistakes in this game to give it away, and although the Bears offense should not have much success against the Raiders defense, they will take advantage of the mistakes and put up just enough points to win the game.

Prediction- Raiders 10, Bears 17
