The trade deadline is always a time of frenzy for the NFL and sometimes the move makes sense for both teams. Here are a few trades which make sense for the Oakland Raiders.

The Oakland Raiders have gotten off to a 2-2 start to the 2019 NFL season, but there is still a lot of work to do in terms of the roster. Some of the key players they brought in this offseason are no longer with the team, like wide receiver Antonio Brown, and linebacker Vontaze Burfict, who was recently suspended for the entire season.

While the team waits out the Burfict suspension, as an appeal will be heard Tuesday, they are extremely thin at the linebacker position. They have brought in guys like Justin Phillips and Dakota Allen to fill the role, but instead of adding players that way, they may decide it is in their best interest to swing a trade in order to bolster the roster this season.

In this piece, we look at six potential trades that could make sense for the Raiders as they try to continue what has been a pretty successful season so far. We will get a better look at who they are as a team on Sunday, as they travel across the pond to take on a very good Chicago Bears team, were a win will move their record to 3-2 heading into their bye week.
