Oakland Raiders: 3 big stats from the first quarter of the season

The Oakland Raiders have a tough stretch that could swing their season in either direction and there a few areas of the stat sheet they really need to emphasis.

The first quarter of the season is over, and the Oakland Raiders find themselves even at 2-2. They have been up and down in this early part of the year, winning two games where they led the whole way while getting blown out in their losses.

Now they head into the toughest part of their schedule and will need to find some consistency if they hope to play meaningful games in December.

Multiple factors have led to their .500 start, but a few stats, in particular, are worth pointing out. Given the way this roster was constructed, the Raiders are going to have to win games in a specific style, which requires improvement in certain areas.
