Pick No. 13: Isaiah Simmons, LB, Clemson

Pick No. 23 (From Chicago Bears): CeeDee Lamb, WR, Oklahoma

In his latest mock draft for thebiglead.com, Ryan Phillips has the Raiders getting better at linebacker. The Raiders have shown that they could use help at the position, especially with the age of Tahir Whitehead, and the uncertainty of Vontaze Burfict’s future. Mayock has shown how much he loves Clemson players, and Simmons is a good one.

Simmons is a special talent, as he could play outside linebacker at the next level, and be a hybrid safety. He also comes with that championship pedigree that the Raiders are trying to bring into  their locker room heading into Las Vegas.

Later in round one, the Raiders cap off their fifth first round draft pick in two years by bringing in one of the better wideouts in this draft class. CeeDee Lamb is a special talent, and within Gruden’s offense, he could put up insane numbers early on.
