Kansas City Chiefs at Denver Broncos (TNF)

The Kansas City Chiefs at one point stood at 4-0 on the season, and many experts felt they would absolutely run away with the AFC West. Well, two weeks later, and the Chiefs are suddenly reeling, as their defense just has not been able to keep pace with their offense, and it is starting to be a problem.

On Thursday night, the Chiefs will head to Mile High, where they will take on a suddenly hot Denver Broncos team. The Broncos defense stepped up big time this past weekend against the Tennessee Titans, but they have a much bigger task ahead of them when they welcome in Patrick Mahomes and company in Week 7.

Joe Flacco has been stable for the Broncos this season, and he will have his opportunities against a porous Chiefs defense in this one. However, the Chiefs have too much firepower on the offensive side of the ball, and while the Broncos will keep it close early, expect the Chiefs to run away with this one late.

Prediction: Chiefs 24, Broncos 17
