Gruden has had extra time to prepare

Coach Gruden has proven recently that he can make solid gameplans to win tough matchups, and with a week off from football, you can guarantee that Gruden did not take a break. While the Packers were preparing for the Lions in Week 6, the Raiders were preparing for the Packers.

Expect the Raiders to run plays that we have not seen too much this year that will directly attack things that the Packers struggle with. It may seem simple to say that the Raiders are going to try and incorporate plays that will expose the weaknesses of the Packers, but with the schedule the Raiders have played recently, it would be hard to practice these plays, watch film, and really focus on new things while traveling non-stop.

The Raiders are going to be extremely prepared for the Packers, much more than the Packers will be prepared for the Raiders. With the speed of Zay Jones and Trevor Davis being the main point of the offense this week, expect some fun plays that Gruden will have drawn up.
