Daryl Worley

The veteran defensive back has played well this season and apparently will see an expanded role moving forward. A wise man once said: “With great power comes great responsibility,” and in Worley’s situation, that means taking care of the opposing team’s best offensive weapon.

Regardless if Davante Adams plays, Worley will have a tough assignment. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has established himself as an elite quarterback and doesn’t need big name receivers to put up numbers.

For example, Green Bay has been without Adams in its last two contests and the team still managed to score 57 points, and rack up 521 passing yards.

While Rodgers and Worley will never line up directly across from each other, the defensive back needs to impact the quarterback by taking away a key piece of the offense. Who that piece is will likely vary from play-to-play, so the second-year Raider will needs to show off some versatility on Sunday.
