The Oakland Raiders week seven contest against the Green Bay Packers is a very intriguing matchup. The following Raiders x-factors must perform well if the team is going to be successful on Sunday.

Three weeks ago, the Oakland Raiders were 1-2 and it felt like the team was destined for a high draft pick. After back-to-back wins and a little help during the bye week, Oakland now sits half a game out of first place in the division. Part of the reason for the turnaround is the play of the Raiders x-factors.

Long road trips are physically taxing on a team and the Silver and Black find themselves on the back-end of a five game stretch. It doesn’t help that the NFC North leading Green Bay Packers are awaiting the Raiders arrival. The Cheese Heads are a legitimate Super Bowl contender and have a very talented roster.

Oakland enters this game banged up, creating a lot of question marks. Very few teams walk out of Wisconsin with a win and with so many injuries, the following players need to step up for the Silver and Black to become one of the few.
