Three Duds

Derek Carr

The stat line alone doesn’t necessarily warrant Derek Carr falling on this list; he went 22-for-28, 293 yards, with two touchdowns and an interception (119.2 quarterback rating). But the turnovers, most notable the costly fumble at the goal line, was impactful. Carr should have known better in that situation, and the turnover was a sign of bad things to come all afternoon.

Gareon Conley

It is slowly becoming a recurring phrase each Sunday: “Gareon Conley having a rough day out there” and it was no exception against the Packers. Conley struggled in coverage, seemingly had difficulty tackling anyone out there and looked undersized and overmatched. He was the culprit on a missed tackle that gave Marquez-Valdes Scantling a 74-yard catch and TD run.

Lamarcus Joyner

In all likelihood, you could plug in the entire Raiders secondary as a dud on Sunday, but Lamarcus Joyner was a key culprit in a suspect secondary that was diced up by Aaron Rodgers. Like Conley, Joyner had trouble tackling anybody that moved on the field, and he ended the day with just two tackles, one solo and one assisted.
