Los Angeles Chargers at Chicago Bears

The Los Angeles Chargers are in rough shape right now, recently losing to the Tennessee Titans on a fumble at the one-yard line. Expected to be a Super Bowl contender this season, the Chargers are one of the worst teams in the AFC, and it won’t get any easier for them this weekend.

Los Angeles has to make the trip across the country to take on the Chicago Bears, who have their own issues at this point. It still remains to be seen as to if Mitchell Trubisky is actually a franchise quarterback, so do not expect this one to set any records for points scored on Sunday.

I expect the Chargers will keep this one close, like they do most games, but in the end, the Bears defense will force Philip Rivers into a turnover to seal the game. Chicago still needs to figure out who Trubisky is, but in this one, he will play just good enough to allow the Bears to send their home fans home happy.

Prediction: Bears 21, Chargers 17
