The Week 8 matchup between the Oakland Raiders and Houston Texans has playoff indications written all over it, so the Raiders need to come away with a win in this one.

Both the Oakland Raiders and Houston Texans are coming off losses to solid teams in the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts, but they are still very much in the playoff hunt halfway through the season. The Raiders are sitting at 3-3 with a few significant wins this season over teams like the Colts and Bears, while the Texans are 4-3 with a notable win over the Chiefs.

Let’s take a look at four reasons the Oakland Raiders will defeat the Houston Texans.
