In their final game of their long trip away from home, the Oakland Raiders will head to Houston to take on the Texans. Here are three bold predictions for the game.

The Oakland Raiders are going up against one of the best teams in the AFC in the Houston Texans, but this could be a huge stepping stone for the Raiders in the playoff race. Oakland currently sits behind Houston in the Wild Card standings, but a win on Sunday would send them back home in the top-6 heading into Week 9.

The Raiders still have a lot of questions surrounding the team, but there is no doubt that they are heading in the right direction. The team is currently 3-3 coming off a bad loss to the Green Bay Packers, but the Texans aren’t exactly coming off their best performance either.

The Raiders will be the underdogs in this one, but they have a chance to surprise a lot of people not only with the result of the game but with the aspects of their play, as well. Oakland is finally getting healthy, with Trent Brown and Tyrell Williams likely returning, and there is always the trade deadline up ahead.

Let’s take a look at three bold predictions for this game.
