DeAndre Hopkins held to under 50 yards

The Raiders’ secondary was exposed last week against Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers, but the Raiders will make the adjustments needed against the Texans. The Raiders traded away Gareon Conley to the Texans this week, making the number one corner on the roster Daryl Worley.

The Raiders are going to have to gameplan against DeAndre Hopkins instead of hoping that Worley can guard him. Expect the Raiders to play zone defense and keep a close eye on Hopkins wherever he goes.

Worley, rookie Trayvon Mullen, and Lamarcus Joyner are going to have to step up big time in this game, and I think they will do it. In addition, Will Fuller V is out on Sunday, making the gameplan that much easier for the Raiders.

With the pass rush forcing Watson to release the ball quickly, Hopkins will be held at bay for the majority of the game. Worley and Mullen will play the best football of their season so far, and the Raiders secondary silences the critics.
