The Oakland Raiders certainly look like they are trending upwards, but these three dream trade scenarios could put them over the top.

So far this season, the Oakland Raiders have looked the part of a playoff contender in some games, and absolutely lost in others. With the team trending towards getting healthy, and alive in the playoff race, they may choose to be buyers at the trade deadline.

With Patrick Mahomes going down with a dislocated kneecap, there is a slight window for the Raiders to make a run at the AFC West title. The Denver Broncos are an absolute mess, and they will likely finish the season in the cellar of the division in 2019.

The Los Angeles Chargers went into the 2019 season as potential Super Bowl favorites, but they have not proven to be anywhere close to consistent through the first eight weeks of the season. Heading into Week 9, it looks like the division will come down to the Chiefs and the Raiders.

With all that being said, I decided to dream up some trades that likely will not happen, but would  be outstanding in terms of adding players to the bigger holes on this roster.
