3 Stars

Josh Jacobs

The offensive rookie of the year conversation is well noted, but are we at the point where Josh Jacobs should be in the “best running back in the NFL” conversation? Jacobs rushed for 128 yards and two touchdowns, and once again set the tone and pace for the Raiders’ offensive attack. Jacobs should be the offensive rookie of the year front-runner.

Derek Carr

With the game tied and with a comeback drive needed, its a great feeling when you have a franchise quarterback to rely on. Oakland has one in Derek Carr, and he proved once again he’s the man to helm a comeback drive. Carr had two touchdowns, and the game-sealing drive in the fourth quarter was the 18th of his career, now the franchise leader.

Raiders Rookies

Josh Jacobs was just one of three rookies who found the endzone on Sunday. All four touchdowns were registered by the 2019 rookie class, with Foster Moreau and Hunter Renfrow chiming in with a touchdown each. A stellar display by the rookies, and a nod to Mike Mayock for hitting the mark with this current draft class.
