Los Angeles Chargers at Oakland Raiders: How to watch in Week 10
By Brad Weiss
The Oakland Raiders will play host to the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 10 of the 2019 NFL season, and here is how you can catch all the Thursday Night Football action.
The Oakland Raiders and Los Angeles Chargers head into their Thursday Night Football tilt fresh off victories against NFC North opponents in Week 9. For the Raiders, they come in after taking care of business against the Detroit Lions at home this past Sunday, their first real home game since Week 2.
Los Angeles was also home this past weekend, surprisingly keeping Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers at bay all game long. In that game, the Packers were able to muster up only a garbage-time touchdown, as the Chargers defense played well for the second straight game against an NFC North opponent.
On Thursday night, all bets are off, as these two franchise hate each other, making for what should be an explosive AFC West battle. The Raiders have not beaten the Chargers in their last four meetings, but this is a much-improved Raiders team than the one that took the field in 2017 and 2018.
With the stage set for this matchup, there are multiple ways you can catch the action in Week 10. Derek Carr is playing some of his best football since his near MVP campaign of 2016, but can the Raiders actually get stops.
Here is how you can catch all of the action Thursday night.
Who: Los Angeles Chargers at Oakland Raiders
When: Thursday, November 7, 2019
Time: 5:20 PM PST/8:20 PM EST
Where: RingCentral Coliseum, Oakland, California
Television Station: Fox, NFL Network
Live Stream: FuboTV, Amazon Prime Video
Both teams need a win in this one to keep pace in the AFC Playoff race, but both are also dealing with injuries. This could come down to the final possession, and with the Raiders playing at home, I give them the advantage in this one.
Oakland has struggled on defense this season, and Rivers and company can move the ball at will when they are clicking. Still, the Raiders offense is a legitimate juggernaut right now, and you can expect Josh Jacobs to find holes on Thursday night, leading to some big Carr shots downfield.
