Kansas City Chiefs at Tennessee Titans

The Kansas City Chiefs were able to take care of business this past weekend against a tough Minnesota Vikings defense, so who knows what they are capable of once Patrick Mahomes comes back. Mahomes has been out with a dislocated kneecap, but he is getting healthier, and could be back for this weekend’s matchup with the Tennessee Titans on the road.

The Titans saw their two-game win streak snapped this past Sunday against the Carolina Panthers, as they allowed 30 points to Christian McCaffrey and company. Against the Chiefs, they should be able to move the ball against their defense, but they are going to have a hard time stopping their offense, that is for sure.

This game could hearken back some bad memories for Chiefs fans, as the Titans upset Kansas City in the Wild Card round back in 2018. In that game, the Titans scored 19 unanswered points in the second half, hanging on to a 22-21 victory on the road.

This game will come down to whether or not Mahomes plays, and the Chiefs may decide to hold him out one more week based on how well Matt Moore has been playing. Regardless of who is under center, the Chiefs win this one on the road, moving their record to 7-3 on the young season.

Prediction: Chiefs 25, Titans 21
