The Oakland Raiders host the Los Angeles Chargers in a Week 10 divisional matchup on Thursday Night Football game.

Both the Oakland Raiders and Los Angeles Chargers are coming off of big wins against NFC playoff contenders, as the Raiders defeated the Detroit Lions in an offensive shootout, while the Chargers defeated Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers.

Derek Carr and the Raiders offense is playing as good as ever, but the defense is still a liability. The Raiders rookies are stepping up on offense, as all four of their touchdowns came from a rookie, Josh Jacobs twice, Foster Moreau, Hunter Renfrow. On defense, the team is still struggling to get to the quarterback, their coverage is weak, and they are continuing to give up big plays, but they did step up when needed at the end of the Lions game.

The Chargers started their season slow, but they have won their last two games against formidable foes, and their defense is stepping up big time. The Chargers are always struck by injury, but they finally have most of their offensive weapons, and the team is starting to come together.

Here is our game preview and prediction heading into Thursday night.
