Kolton Miller

The Raider with the most impressive turnaround from last season is Kolton Miller. A year ago, Miller allowed nine sacks in as many weeks. Fast forward to the present and the UCLA product has surrendered two sacks in the same timeframe.

What makes the tackle’s season even more impressive, is he has held his own against quality pass rushers like Khalil Mack, Von Miller, and Whitney Mercilus. Miller needs to continue this trend on Thursday because the Chargers present him with another difficult challenge to overcome.

The Bolts have one of the best pass-rushing duos in the NFL with Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram. Bosa’s eight and a half sacks are the fourth-most in the league, and while injuries have limited Ingram’s production this season, he’s racked up 38.5 sacks since 2015. Stopping or slowing down these two is essential to put up points against Los Angeles’ defense, so Miller’s impressive season needs to continue this week.
