Week 10 vs. Los Angeles Chargers

Unfortunately, the Raiders don’t get to enjoy the week nine victory over the Lions for very long. With the quick turnaround, Thursday night games are always a challenge and adding a division rival into the mix only makes the game more difficult. Luckily this is a home game for Oakland, so at least the team doesn’t have to add a road trip to the equation.

Also working in the Silver and Black’s favor, the Chargers are battling a handful of injuries and are struggling this season. It certainly isn’t going to be a cakewalk, but I think the Raiders pull this one out and separate themselves from the team down South.

Prediction: 27-23 Raiders

Week 11 vs. Cincinnati Bengals

With 10 days to prepare for a home game against a currently winless team, Oakland should have no problem taking care of business against Cincinnati. Rookie quarterback Ryan Finley will be making his second career start, and the Bengals are destined for a top-three pick. This game could be an opportunity for the Raiders to put up some style points and build confidence moving forward.

Prediction: 34-14 Raiders
