Another close win for the Oakland Raiders as they hold on to beat their division rival the Los Angeles Chargers and move to 5-4 on the season.

After escaping with a win on Sunday against the Detroit Lions, the Oakland Raiders put on an encore performance with a thrilling win over the Los Angeles Chargers 26-24 on Thursday night. It seems nothing has come easy for the Raiders in 2019, but they have proven to a mentally tough squad and are pulling out these close games.

Thursday night was a complete team win as the defense set the tone early, and the offense came up clutch once again in the end.

Raiders Nation deserve a shoutout as well because the Coliseum was rocking, and it left the Chargers scrambling on offense multiple times when trying to make pre-snap adjustments.

This was a massive win for the Raiders as they are back over .500 and have placed themselves firmly in the playoff race with a lighter schedule ahead.

This game also gives them a hold on second place in the division, and they are now just one game behind the Kansas City Chiefs heading into this weekend.

The quick turnaround proved to be positive for the Raiders, and there is a lot to take away from his close win.
