Oakland Raiders 2019 Week 10 review: 3 stars, 3 duds
On Thursday Night Football the Oakland Raiders narrowly defeated the Los Angeles Chargers 26-24. Here is the stock report from the Week 10 match up.
With a huge opportunity to start off the second half of the season with a prime time win over a division rival, the Oakland Raiders once again relied on some late heroics to escape with a win. After jumping out to a quick 10-0 lead, the Raiders appeared as though they were going to have an easy time dispatching the Philip Rivers-led Chargers.
That first quarter proved to be quite contrary to how the game ultimately turned out as the Chargers largely dominated the remainder of the game, minus two strong drives from the Raiders offense.
Now holding a 5-4 record, the Raiders find themselves above .500 for the first time since defeating the Denver Broncos in Week 1, and with a pulse in a potential playoff push. Beating the Chargers in a prime time, meaningful win doesn’t get much better than that.
Here are three players whose stock is on the up, and three whose stock is taking a dive.
