Preview

The Raiders have played great lately on both sides of the ball, and everything that has been a liability for the team has improved drastically over the last two weeks. Oakland’s offense has played great all season, the pass rush showed great improvement against the Chargers, and the defensive backs have been stepping up in big moments.

The Bengals, on the other hand, have not had much of anything to be positive about this season. AJ Green has not played all season, Joe Mixon is having an off-year, Andy Dalton got benched, and the defense is giving up a ton of points.

The Raiders gameplan this week will be similar to what it has been in previous games; feed Josh Jacobs the ball all game long and let him work. The Bengals allow 173 rushing yards per game, and the Raiders will take advantage of that.

The Bengals offense does not have much going for it, and Ryan Finley is probably not going to fix that. The Raiders do not have the best pass rush, but considering they are going up against a team that allows 3.4 sacks per game, players like Clelin Ferrell and Benson Mayowa should be enough to force mistakes out of the young quarterback.

The Raiders have played well at home the last two weeks, and the stadium has been rocking. As the final season in Oakland is coming to an end, the Coliseum has gotten louder and louder each week.
